The main aim of Archi Tech Week is to transfer innovation from "startup laboratory to practice" in architecture and construction industry. Aspects as vision, creativity and new technologies are important tools helping the industry to evolve.

How the role of architect transforms based on the era of fast growing technologies?  The authors of this exhibition are young architects and tech savvies  who were discovering new challenges, new ways to expand abilities of architects profession to employ progress and innovation as extra boost.

The Great Amber is the first concert hall in the whole world which allows you to fully enjoy  immersive experience  from anywhere in the world. Because of the technologies The Great Amber and the city of Liepāja will be seen by thousands of potential visitors and artists. For those, who have not seen the Great Amber, it will be possible to visit it virtually and enjoy it in all it's glory.

3D scanning technology gives a lot of opportunities to measure the territories either for construction or city and automatically digitize it. It allows to explore underground situation, that doesn't appear on topography in a lot of cases. What kind of opportunities and specifics 3D scanning provides, what kind of technologies allow architects to do different types of tasks, how to set up your task and how to use data information.  Renovation, reconstruction and historical territory context will be emphasized.

Izstādes autori  jaunie arhitekti un tehnoloģiju profesināļi  meklēja veidus, kā arhitekta profesija var iegūt  no jauno tehnoloģiju izaicinājumiem un paplašināt profesijas iespējas, izmantojot progresu un inovāciju kā papildus dzinējspēku.

In the industry of construction we don't use technologies as much as possible considering them useless. IoT (Internet of Things) can make every phase of construction a lot easier, based or real data. On the presentation you will learn about iSTABAI experience - how they are making either consumer products or individual solutions. iSTABAI is a smart heating system with remote made in Latvia. For several years they  export this equipment and solutions to Ireland, Romania, France and Scandinavia.
