"Iespejama missija" or "Mission possible" is an ongoing social and educational program, which helps to bring new vibes into Latvia’s educational system. Program gives a chance to any university graduate, to test their leadership and tutor skills by becoming a teacher in some Latvian school. It's a good opportunity for the students, to get interesting experience and it's a good opportunity for the school kids and the school itself to get a fresh approach on teaching and learning. Working with "Iespejama missija" we have developed several advertising campaigns helping the program to get new recruits and to make it more popular as a whole. To do that we concentrated on the fact, that teachers of Latvia are aging and the profession has lost its prestige over the years. So in the first campaigns we showed how different and interesting could be education if interesting and inspiring younger teachers, would do the teaching.

But in the last campaign we wanted to make even bolder statement. Children became the spokespersons of the campaign and they manifested that teachers are the profession of the future, because they teach kids, who eventually becomes our future.
