Ordering on Our Webshop

An order is placed by adding an item to the cart and then proceeding with the checkout process. Once the checkout process is complete, the browser will redirect the customer to a secure page for payment.

Payment & Pricing

All payments are handled over secure connections with our PSP. 

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without further notice. The prices shown are the current prices. Prices include 21% VAT.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, your order may be subject to Value added tax, and/or other taxes and fees. senscommon can not in any way control this or be held responsible or accountable for additional costs like this.

Shipping & Delivery

When an order is placed on senscommon webshop and paid, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your order will be sent to the address given when placing the order. You are notified of the estimated delivery upon purchase. Order delivery is handled by Post.nl services. Delivery times may vary and depend on destination.

Normal Delivery Times:

Europe: 2 - 4 business days
International: 4 - 10 business days

Privacy Policy

We respect and value your privacy and integrity. Hence, no personal information given will be sold, given or transferred in any way to a third party. However, by using this site you give senscommon your consent and the right to use your information internally and for marketing purposes. You have the right to take part of the registered information about you, upon request. If the information should be found to be incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to demand that the information is corrected or deleted.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

One of the potential challenge comes down to ensuring our customers select the right size. If you are unhappy with the fit for any reason, we want to make it right. We will happily exchange the product for a different size, free of charge in the EU (shipping charges apply for international orders).

If for any reason you would like to replace or return a purchased item, you need to contact us through e-mail within 30 days from delivery. (http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm).

For a full refund, items must be in their original condition, un-used, with all labels and tags attached. In case of returns all shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or there there has been some other mistake by our account.

No refund or exchange on 50% sale items for orders placed from outside the EU. For those placed within the EU 14 days are granted as per EU regulations.

We cannot take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.

If your package is damaged when being delivered, you need to report this to the courier on sight.
