We Introduce

StoryPorter introduces a new member of staff to the organization. This person is active on social media and has a smartphone. When we take away the person, the smartphone stays.

We move

Each week the smartphone tags along with a different member of staff from the organization. Every new 'user' is asked to share his or her story using the smartphone on social media. The fun times, interesting thoughts, exciting developments, the possibilities are endless... Corporate storytelling by the people who do the work and create the culture.

We build

This all happens under the direction of two people from the StoryPorter team and a number of designated people within the organization. StoryPorter is such an accessible and effective tool that the results are seen immediately. Nor is there any need to involve the entire organization straight away, in fact it is the perfect firestarter to initiate a phased change process.

1. A minimum of 26 members of staff who have each had a whole week's personal coaching from social media experts.

 

2. For six months, a unique, continuous storyline for the organization, developed by the staff.

 

3. A minimum of 26 members of staff plus the established network who are making meaningful use of social media, creating a refreshing sharing of knowledge between different departments.

 

4. A structural advancement of an 'uber' personal account that can be publicly followed by anyone.

 

5. Regular safeguarding of knowledge with the editors and feedback using management reports.

Case T-Mobile - Magenta Talks

Magenta Talks started as StoryPorter at T-Mobile on September 30th and we guided T-Mobile with it up to January 1st 2015. In just over 18 months Magenta had accompanied more than 100 staff members. We have since transferred her to T-Mobile, where she now lives on under her own steam. Watch the case film on the right for an impression of what it is doing for T-Mobile. Organizations who have already worked with StoryPorter
StoryPorter was first used in the audit department of ABN AMRO. Thought up for one of the bank's conferences, this StoryPorter has travelled over the whole world in the hands of various audit staff from every country where ABN AMRO is active.
The road construction director at Heijmans commissioned the use of StoryPorter. Openness and transparency have enabled the company to become more accessible for both staff and outsiders. The start for a new image?
Healthcare is also undergoing change. It is becoming more personal, more transparent and friendlier. The largest medial center in the Netherlands is using StoryPorter for the sharing of knowledge and experiences. It is gradually developing into an optimum information provider for both staff and patients.
