Add a 3rd party e-commerce page to each of your artworks. 

All the artworks you upload,  will be stored here in your Stockroom. Bulk uploading can be done using a CSV  file  to import multiple images, along with pricing and their other details. A tutorial is provided in the Gallery Manager.

The colour tint of the gallery walls, ceiling and fittings can now be edited. You now tint several groups of elements.
All Walls, Individual walls, ceiling, floor, doors + windows, light switches and spots.

An artworks information and pricing can be displayed on the wall next to  it.

Wall buttons with links to website/social  media;  media; e-commerce; inquires; Like/Vote can now be placed next to each artwork. 

When you want only a select group of people to be able enter your gallery, set a password to send along with your invite.

When you are ready to Publish select to Publish  + Promote page.
Publish an exhibition only when you are completely satisfied, as it can take a few minutes to process and Re[publishing can take up to two hours. Once complete you will be emailed with the gallery's unique link for embedding in your website.

This feature allows you to change the duration of any gallery subscription.

When you want to show past exhibitions, the ARCHIVE feature allows  access  to 4 previously published exhibitions in the same gallery. These are accessed  via the 'PAST EXHIBITIONS' button from the menu.

If you have two or more galleries you might want to change their default name .

Integrate   a gallery with  your website and  manage it's exhibitions from our gallery Management software.

Multi-Gallery access enables easy access for your visitors to visit any of your current exhibitions in your subscribed galleries from one gallery window. This feature is especially useful when a large exhibition needs to be showcased across several galleries.

The Group Management feature enables the administration of an unlimited number of galleries.
You can assign galleries in this account to other users and manage their exhibitions.

Currently this feature is used by Art Schools and Universities where the account is administered by the organisation on behalf of the users. The Group Management feature can be added to your subscription for $35 per month. Full instructions are provided under your account page.

If you decide that you need a bigger or smaller gallery space  its easy to swap it for another gallery.

Enabling this feature will collate   likes or votes for every artwork in an exhibition.

You can add  Media such as a YouTube or Vimeo video, PDF or  other url linkable content to individual artworks.

Analytics are available for each exhibition showing the numbers of visitors and country.

• SHARE  captures a picture from your position in the gallery to send with along with your message.
• INVITE sends an image of the selected  artwork along with your message.
• When the viewer opens the invitation, they are   placed  in front of the selected   artwork .

Replace the Exhibbit logo with your own logo in the top left of the gallery window.
