Infonavit Credit
This credit is the most requested by the
Infonavit beneficiaries, which is used to buy a new or used house, granting an
amount of up to 1 million 712 thousand 717 pesos, with an interest rate of 12%,
the additional expenses will represent 3 % of the credit amount, for people
with monthly income of up to 6,370 pesos. Said credit can also be used to
remodel or expand a home, build on land or pay the mortgage previously processed

A second financing option is through the Cofinavit loan, which can be used to
