Rendezvous with Ryan EagleF - Principal Investor at XCell Fund and President of Sidago Integrated Solutions!

Today, we have the pleasure of Interviewing Mr. Ryan Eagle. He is a world recognized Business Financier and operator with a pedigree of Success behind him. He is the Principal Investor at XCell Fund and President of Sidago Integrated Solutions.
Hi, Please introduce yourself and tell us about what it is that you do.
I've been self-employed for almost two decades now, and it's been an incredible and rewarding journey. For many years I worked exclusively in the advertising space, which was a great starting point for me. The marketing skills that I learned were critical to my future successes because I learned how to market any business.
For the last 5 years, I have focused entirely on business investments in the public and private sector. I was able to take the marketing and business experience that I had built up to ensure that my investments were successful. I love business, and I love being able to work in multiple different sectors – it keeps every day exciting.
Please tell us about XCell Fund as well as about Sidago Integrated Solutions
XCell Fund is a private equity firm that makes private placements into smallcap and midcap publicly listed companies. It also provides debt restructuring to corporations in exchange for convertible debt or equity. XCell Fund focuses its financing division on public companies listed on American, Canadian, and German exchanges with a market cap less of than 300mm.
Sidago Integrated Solutions was founded in 2013 parallel to XCell Fund as a way to centralize all operational and marketing resources. It is a full service managed outsourcing and advertising company. Sidago provides internal resources to investments and companies that I own in addition to consulting services for medium+ sized businesses. It centralizes the management of my other private entities and does consulting work for medium and large-sized businesses.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
I've done all sorts of interviews and have had different takes on this question throughout the years. Today, I believe both persistence and luck are required to become successful. The harder you work and are available for opportunities, the more chances you create for luck to strike. Working through difficult and thankless times in business simply opens up the opportunity to strike gold. There have been many fruitless days, months, and even years where I've worked endlessly to see a great reward on the other side.
Any message for our readers
